Aaron Jeffery

Jeffery is a Logie Award-winning New Zealand-Australian actor. His roles
include Terry Watson in Water Rats and Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He also
played the role of Matt "FletchFletcher" Fletcher in Wentworth. Jeffery
was born in Auckland and moved to Australia when he was an adult. He then was a
student at NIDA. He graduated from NIDA in 1993, and began his TV career on the
children's series Ship to Shore. Jeffery is best-known for his part as Alex
Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He left the show in the year 2008. He also appeared
in the third season of the New Zealand drama series Outrageous Fortune. Jeffery
played the role of Frank in the TV series Underbelly: Badness as Frank. On June
22 the show was completed. The following day it was announced that Jeffery had
joined the crew of Neighbours as Bradley Fox for two months. The news was that
Jeffery had been given the role of a corrections officer on Wentworth in
October. Bevan Lee's Between Two Worlds was also the role he played. In April
of 2021, it was announced that Jeffery would star in Pieces of Her, a Netflix
thriller series adapted from the Karin Slaughter book. For his role in McLeod’s
Daughters, Jeffery was awarded the Silver Logie for Most Popular Drama Series
actor in 2004 and 2007.
