 Stella Ciccone is a celebrity child. She is famous for being adopted by Madonna, the Pop Queen. Her birthplace was in Malawi on the 24th of August, 2012 as a twin to Estere Ciccone, who is now married to Adam Mwale. Stella Ciccone is one the six children of Madonna and has Estere Ciccone as her twin sister. Her mother also has twins. She has two adopted sons: David Banda Mwale Ciccone, and Rocco John Ritchie. Also she has adopted two daughters: Mercy James Kamebewa and Lourdes Maria Ciccone Le. Mother Madonna surprised the twins by baking two cakes that were themed around Paris. The first tier featured the cake in black, and the second had red paint with black spots. The cake's top was decorated with the Eiffel tower and two photos of anime characters. The twins were shocked to see the cake after a couple of days.
